Ray was our realtor when my wife, Diane and I relocated from Connecticut to Flagler/Volusia county. We sold our home in CT to our daughter and I accepted a job transfer to Daytona. We knew nothing of the area, however we did have a few specifics we were looking for. Some were “must haves” such as a fenced yard, easy commute, plenty of closet space, 1500+ square feet, etc. Others were “strongly desired” such as a pool, no carpeting, open floor plan, less than 15 minutes to the beach. He then went the extra mile, but assisting us in acclimating to our new environment, with general recommendations regarding utilities and local services. Again, these were recommendations. He advised but did not sell. His extensive knowledge of both Flagler and Volusia counties, coupled with a strong desire to understand and meet our needs, made for a very smooth relocation. From start to finish, we were completely satisfied with the process and our purchase. My wife and I very highly recommend Ray Hightower for anyone in need of a great local realtor.
